Come join me in Williamsburg, Virginia this summer as we learn to simplify and paint by instincts using acrylic paints. Here’s the scoop:
WHEN: July 19, 2014
TIME: 9 AM – Noon
WHERE: This Century Art Gallery, 219 N. Boundary St., Williamsburg, VA (map / directions)

SUPPLY LIST and MORE:
- old failed paintings on paper or canvas no larger than 16×20 or 18×24 (you will be able to work either on easels or table)
- new canvas or paper is okay, too
- acrylic paints, but if you only have watercolor, you can bring white (we will not be doing traditional watercolor)
- recommended acrylic colors: a limited pallette of your choice- a red, magenta, yellow, blue, black, and white
- also bring these supplies you may already have:
- assorted brushes
- bucket for water
- paper towels
- gloves- latex or otherwise
- Instructor will also use iphone with camera and will discuss the use of everyday technology to help the painting process.
